I cant hear anyone speak on thier mic i cant speak on my mic i cant even see the icon of someone talking when they talk i cant even see the icon for when i am talking i checked the settings they seem fine except for the trasmiting part it keeps going all the way down when i restart tfc plz help  |

Does your mic work with any other application?
Are you sure it enebled in game options and did you test it?
Not hearing them hints you may have voice communication disabled.
Check your configs and make sure "voice_enable 1" is what you see in config.cfg. Check your other configs...autoexec.cfg and userconfig.cfg to make sure nothing is overriding it in those. |

| If you can't see any voice icons, you definetly need voice_enable 1. It must have gotten set to 0. |

first off the reason it resets it self is most likely because you have "read-only" in your cfg so when u change it ingame nothing happens
otehr than that use chips and aud's idea
if not type bind "p" "+voicerecord" or whatever button you want |

He fixed it...voice_enable was "0".
