just thought id point this out since i recognized the name muchez from all of the logging cheat lists i've had to deal with: http://www.leagueadmins.org/PlayerReport.php. type a steamid in there and it will show you if that steamid is rostered on any sta, tfl or ugc roster, if the id is on the sta, tfl or ugc banlist, and any logged cheat lists the steamid might have been caught on.

Pretty good idea Gilliam, except...what if theres no admins or nobody on when he comes on the server...? Then what are yas gonna do. I mean I don't kno much about hax, except the ones used in the game of course (aimbot, wall, speed, etc...), but what if something is done to server or another person, i don't know.

Just keep him banned Chips.

I DO look at the server logs for stats and problem resolution. Amazing what you find sometimes. Surprised

I just watched the posted demo......and this is the first time I read this thread, so I went through the whole thing.

2 things....

Is the hopping he was doing, considered illegal? It's possible to do that stuff manually(hell, if I can do it, anyone can)....but his did look like it was a script(possibly turned on and off via key).

What kind of cheat/hack allows you to kill people without actually aiming at them? I noticed a few times the person he shot was on the far left of the screen....how does that work?

I'm looking for information....not hax. I did try a bhop script once, and couldn't stand the thing. I uninstalled it within an hour(one of my RBK clanmates talked me into trying it). I've never cheated with this game, or any other. Anyhow, I'm interested in how to spot these things. Granted, I'm not an admin on any server, but I do have a personallity flaw that makes me alert admins to cheaters. I've got the aimbot/wallhack concept down....as you all know(I discussed X-Spectate, remember?).
Personally, I can't stand cheaters....and wish there was a way to just reach through the screen and strangle the bastages.

He was banned for cursing, especially at admins...suspicion of, and then proof of using a hacked .dll file which utilized numerous hacks...and consistantly lying aobout it all.

That's not even to mention his cheap zoom scripts and yes, his apparent chop-hopping. Bhopping is allowed...chop-hopping is not.

I saw the chop hopping gill was talking about, the speed you can keep off those are insane, whats the max % speed you can hold with chop hop if anyone knows?

you can hold pretty much any speed with a good chop hop, its especially good for keeping the speed you get from concs. its very illegal though.
