I've been banned for being stupid by changing my name to Player repeatedly so I would get slayed. I thought stupidity was allowed. I wasn't disrupting anyone elses playing, so why should I be banned?

well basically you keep spamming sounds even after warned so i turned them off, and then you finnally figured out how to spam the tag checker by getting yourself slayed repetedly nd have it play that sound over and over again. basiclly you were warned many times to knock it off and you didnt listen. You were even warned by Chips himself (you know Chips the person that you told me lets you spam sounds beacuse it is your job). A kick is a warning and two kicks well that is being leanant to the person. I stick by my decision for the ban. You can try to appeal to Chips and the rest of the admins if you like.

Sounds like some good ol' fashion insubordination to me. And it is a rule to use an actual name. I.E. not "Player". Thats a direct rule right there. If you were warned by not just one but Two admins to stop spamming sounds then you should know better. As I recall you've been around for awhile... why the sudden lack of respect? It is the fun house and fun is aloud - as long as your fun isnt disrupting the rest of the players which it sounds like your actions were. We even have a thread of complaints about this very topic going right now entitled "Chips Not Fun House?"

Unfortunately for you I believe it sounds like Chaos was in the right here. Again I say.. You've been around for awhile, you should've known better.

Sort of hard to hear vocal warnings when you are listening to music isn't it? I never got a in print warning as far as I noticed.

thats what i explained to paul when he was listening to music(i typed it lol).itoldhim to turn down the music so he can hear us.

CC actually banned someone? I seriously doubt there is a circumstance where that would happen where he was unjust...

I have been warning your for days about this. And just today, I personally kicked you twice. Why are you failing to get the message?

The sounds are for everyone's enjoyment. When they are abused, they are not enjoyable. You actions made it seem okay for others and then they started. And then people complain to me about it...I don't need this.

I'll take it up with the other admins later today...they have to deal with you also and I want their opinion.

Saying you got no print warnings won't be an excuse any longer. Being kicked twice by me personally should have clued you in to the fact you were doing something wrong. You've been a long time member and I'd hate to see you gone permanently.

IF you are allowed back, things must change. Most people get it after the first warning, you were given several more than that. When one person gets out of hand on the server, the rest follow. You're a member here and you need to set an example for those that are not.
