For those who don't know, I've been using my BF's comp for the last year. Mine needs upgrades just to handle steam.

My point is I'm moving wednesday (might be just a visit at this time but I won't have another chance at cheap transportaion of my belongings) and you might not see my on the server until I get the needed upgrades for my computer, however I will still come to the forums and keep you all up dated.

Now please bear with me, there are some things i would to get off me chest.

I will be moving to live with my brother in New Hampshire, so that i can be near my mom. She is not do well, having had brain cancer a few years back she is now comatose with a feeding tube.

If it is just a visit ( I have not decided between a visit and a move, but when my dad picks me up I will have the best trasportation arrangement) I be anable to play with you guys for a few weeks.

This is going to be a very emotional time for me and my brother, there are two sides of the familly that don't like the other side, and my aunt who just visited my mom (sisters) did not have the decenly to let the nursing home now that mom had family (my brother) near by. He is now 22, when he was 17 HIS case worker had decided to seperate him and mom for some asinine reason, and I was already living here (over the river in Cincinnati) and couldn't do anything about it. Before my mom had gotton really bad off she had left dad. So there are a lot of things for me and my brother to clear up and straighten out.

If my moms case worker had been aware of other family (living heirs) she would not have let my aunt become power of attorney and sign a DNR. Since hearing of this my brother has already secured power of attorney and has the right to void the DNR, but wants me to visit mom with him before making that decision. I called mom's case worker to be put on the visiting list, and was offered the power of attorney for being the older son, and I told her my bother can have it for we'll be making all desisions about mom together. Dad doesn't want the power (though he could) because mom left him and he feels she would not want him to. (TMI I don't know my bio. dad, this is my step-dad, and my brother's bio. dad. Mom is both my brother's and my bio. mom.)

Hopefully I can patch this up and bring my family back together, but I doubt it. I'm just glad for the opportunity to see my brother, mom, and step-dad.

On the brighter side my brother has a notarized 20yr to ownership (5% each year) contract to own a bisiness, and since my BF (family takes precedence, we will be separating but we are still good friend's and will continue to be, in fact he's approves of me leaving) owns a bar and I've had the benefit of watch him run it for the last year, my bother has asked my to be a co-owner and help him run the store.

We plan to turn it into a video rental place (no need to reorder product all the time) but keep the ciggerettes, alcohol, deli section, snacks and sodas, as well as milk, eggs, cheese, bread, sandwidh meats, condiments, you know, the stuff that sells well, even get a gasoline lisence (tanks already in the ground from previous owner who sold gas and have been rescently inspected, we just need new pumps.)

So a lot is happening for me in the next few weeks, but today I'm gonna get in all the TFC I can, and would like to say cya later to each of you on the server later. I would enjoy some HL2: CTF if that server is still up from last night.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please pray to whom ever it is you belive in out there that my mom pulls through this and that my brother and I will be able to handle her situation emotionally, and that we will have wisdom in making power of attorney desicions for her.

Best of luck, i know things can get hard, i've had multiple family members with horrible illnesses myself.

I will still be around, if only here at the forums. I will keep up my work on Omni-bot and Foxbot (non-steam) until I upgrade my computer to handle steam (larger HD for HL2, ect.) I am not leaving -[CfH]- and hope to be able at some point to play TFC online again.

yes dude goodluck on your travels and my prayers are with you, your mother and your family. I was just wondering where in NH are you maybe moving to? beacuse I live in Boston and work about 20 minutes from the NH boarder.

Um Im not sure I know where that is but NH aint that big unless you go up north a whole bunch. I ll have to buy you a drink when you are ever in boston. wait scratch that buy you multiple drink after multipul drinks, cuz drinking with me does not involve one drinkbut mucho grande drinks!!!!! Cool

Best O' luck in your travels and I hope you patch things up with your family. Life is bad enough without family troubles making it all worse...you really need each other now.

I know of the cancer problems, my cousine has Brain cancer now and last I heard she is going back for Chemo. So I know the troubles Sad
