I have had a few requests by some of you who want to know more about me and what makes me tick. The Readers Digest version of my bio is as follows:

I was married to a very special lady and widowed in 1999 after 4 wonderful decades of marraige Crying or Very sad

I have three very special children, 4 grand children, 1 great grand child, and a Jack Russell Terrior named Bosco (rescue pup, previously named).

I am twice retired from civil service & broadcasting in the San Francisco Bay Area

I have lived in Northern California all of my 80 something years Very Happy

I am still very active and play a round of golf at least twice a month.

I am a silent partner in a major film/video game entertainment venture in the Northern California.

I possess a screen actors guild card and currently have very good standing in the community - primarily for my voice over work on numerous projects.

I also have learned that after 80 + years, I am entitled to toot my horn a time or two --- Wink

And most importantly,

I enjoy playing Team Fortress with all of you very special people on Chips Fun House TFC server* - Very Happy

Arrow *I originally purchased Half Life for my Grandkids when the come to the house so that they would have something to do. I started playing this game approximately 3 years ago and only recently (last 5-6 months) learned that I could play this online. What a kick in the pants it has been.
You all are so much fun to play with!

Thanks for viewing this and I hope this helps clear the air a little bit about the mysterious man known as . . . REST in PIECES.

PS - Those conc maps are a real dickens... I personally prefer 2Fort2K2_2. But that's just me. Wink

I originally started in the vioce over arena in the mid 80's and have done several spots for various financial services companies, executive travel firms, and an American Indian owned casino --- primarily on the West Coast. I have also contibuted to the following video games: Savage: Battle for Newirth, Toy Story 2, and an X-Box title that has not yet been released due to budgetary problems.

Also, I am in communication with a local Bay Area advertising firm for some potentially profitable work in the television commercial arena. Based on some business and confidentiality issues, I cannot discuss this any further --- just remember my voice and remember to drink responsibly. Wink

Cheers!
RinP

I'm not really sure on how to post a photo using this type of forum. I will work on it and should have one up shortly.

Read the FAQ at the top of the page for questions handling anything here in the forums. Basically, just have the picture hosted somewhere (many folks here seem to use photobucket.com) and link to the picture here by putting image [img]pic[/img] tags around it.

If ya still need help...don't be afraid to ask... Laughing

Thanks for waving the hand young man. I may be older than all of you, but that doesnt mean I can't kick some butt when it all comes down to it. Smile

Ok, I was being somewhat sarcastic when I said that about the butt kicking, but it's true -- this place does give me that nice family feeling as well.

Thanks again!

Bob

Sounds alot like politics to me. In fact, it could be fun.

I have tried the spy class a few times before, but never really got into it. I enjoy toting around 50 pipebombs and sneaking up on unsuspecting snipers Smile
