No one is forced to wear any given tag. It was given to them out of respect for their loyalty to plaing here and their participation with us all here in the forums. They don't have to wear it if they so choose.
When you jump on a server and see several membes wearing the same tag, pubbers generally treat this group with some respect...it's obviously THEIR server. I won't take either of them off the list...they can wear it if and when they wish. |

first i'll say posting that was more of an impulse last night - which is not something i would have said normally... but normally when i do stuff like that there was something to inspire that. i've thought about it, and i might as well stick to what i've said.
i wear tags of places/groups that i support completely(i originally swore i would never wear a tag, recently i've been wearing 2, cfh and petes), and recently i haven't been as pleased with the cfh servers(multiple reasons)... so i don't want to wear the tag.
i may put on the tag again... maybe randomly if i get the impulse & am on the server... otherwise not. |

I would love to hear your reasons as to why you're not pleased. I could guess some of them...but I don't like putting words in the mouths of others.
Could it be we have no rules? Even if we did, no one would follow them...that's why we have none. It's a pub, pubs are generally like this. Even the ones with extensive rules.
Plz...let's talk about this. Maybe there is some way we can improve things around here. |

No rules? absolutely not. Thats one of the things that attracted me to pete's and your server: the only (main) rules are no teamshooting or vulgar language.
The main reasons for me are the following:
Chips server: If anything for me its that the server is getting more strict. If an admin in on, most of the time people don't act the way they do if an admin is not around, in how they talk, and other stuff(i've noticed this first hand, on my normal name as well as hiden), i've noticed the admins tend to be more harsh to non-members(i'd say rightfully so, but not really), there have been a couple times i've gotten close to banned, i've even been kicked from the server times that if i was on my normal name the admins would have looked past it. Its losing its playful touch i've seen. Hook is rarely on, fireworks aren't open to the majority, people complain alot about radios... and so forth.
The other thing that attracted me to this server greatly was the great number of different maps we'd play. Now i'm sorry to say this does not happen. The main rotation is almost the only thing played, and it seems like the only time we get map changes is when either an admin is bored/doesn't like the map, or the majority hates the map, and an admin is present.
Lastly the thing that gets me sometimes is the type of players we have/allow on the server can sometimes get annoying, and the fact that i find most of the time the teams to be unbalanced, but this is pretty much expected(ever noticed how almost every CTF map goes to 75% or more are D while 2-3 ppl are O? this is the main reason i favor A/D(ID) maps). Obviously the players can't be controlled, it just adds to my frustration. I know there are probably quite a few people that don't like me/my style of play, but they can deal with it as i deal with them.
Blades server:
The EXACT opposite. The admins completely control the server, almost constantly on the screen is:

this can make it really fun, but sometimes some of us want to play maps seriously(or not so seriously), and when admin_stack or admin_teamslay or the majority of the people are nocliped, it really starts to suck.

there is probably more, but thats it for me for now... as i said before, the whole i'll never wear it again thing was one of my impulses which i live with everyday anyway, but you'll see me wear the tag when the server seems much less... tense. |

i KNOW your server is a fun server, if anything i've had more fun on it recently than i have most other servers, its just sometimes it gets overbearing. |
