Awesome!!!!!

I love the way it fades in. Didn't even know I had a "My Media" tab in Steam . . .
Looks like level one tracks very quickly, although it could just be for movie benefit.

Tbh...I'd much rather see real gameplay than these cinematic showcases.

I bought it yesterday...I'll be playing Monday. If I'm not too engrossed with FF if it does in fact come out before that. Both were schedules for Monday...so FF "may" come out sooner.

Agreed, these have done nothing for me. Meet The Engineer was the most boring one yet.

FF is pretty enthralling, but by Monday(if it comes out before, I haven't seen an official word on that yet) you should be able to pull yourself away for 30 minutes, maybe.

Well, this new Vid definitely wasn't as entertaining as the other ones. I'm not too sure what angle they were trying to pull, but they seriously could have done better.

You know, while we here are always debating which TFC remake will be better, I wonder what other, non TFC players are thinking. Are they as concerned as we are about TF2, or are those youngsters daydreaming which class is "the best" before they even begin to ponder what TF2 is a sequel of in the first place? Will TF2 servers be filled with anxious kids who haven't the slightest idea about how to play TFC, or will more veterans from the continuing hay-day of TFC turn up to teach the newbies some manners as they whine about how bad the nailgun is. In turn, will the veterans turn to an updated engine and familiar game mechanics (FF), or will we kick some sense into the noobies in a marketing remake (TF2)? What are the others thinking...
Just a thought...

lets not forget that TF2 is NOT another TFC, it is its own game. FF however is really just another TFC, only perfected by gamers, and put into a better graphics engine. not only are the games different, but the aim in audience is too.

TF2 definitely appeals to the younger crowd with the cartoon animation of the game. FF looks pretty much like UT for HL2, older gamers and ones looking for a challenge will be more likely to pick it up.

personally, i think FF will be better, but that's because of how i look at TF2s big change in rules.

I dont know about others, but the fact that TF2 is a familiar class based game by the same makers of TFC is a huge selling point. Who wants the SAME game again. Ive been playing TFC for years, and I am certain now that if the CFH community were to somehow vanish into thin air, I wouldnt be playing TFC nearly as often, if at all.

A fresh game with new rules and changes but still based on the tried and true methods of games past is much more exciting to me then the same game with better graphics. Sure, im bound to try FF to see what how it is, but TF2 is sure to capture my attention much faster. (Unless im as bad at TF2 as I am at TFC).
