I did, but its all gone now I also attempted to bring back some sake, but airlines have this new rule now where you cannot bring any liquids over 3 ounces onto the plane so they made me dump it all out

The last thing I want is to be trashed and hungover on a 20+ hour plane ride. It sucks enough as it is without the headache. |

When they first instituted that rule, the picture accompanying the article I read was of a man chugging his vodka so as to not waste it. |

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO envious. It looks like you had a blast. I'm hoping to go there for a summer, if not longer at some point.
I'm curious, how hot was it there? I've heard it can get REALLY hot in tokyo. But then again, by the looks of it, you were there in the winter time... |

We went early march, so it actually wasnt to bad. Typical spring time weather. Cold in the mornings and 60-70's during the afternoon |

Japan, and Italy(more specifically Rome) are the main places I want to go. If I go to those places, I can die happily. |

Awesome pictures! I went to Japan last April when the Cherry Blossums were in bloom for a week or so, stayed in the Ueno part of Tokyo..
Really cool, interesting place. Vending machines for EVERYTHING. And I dont know about you, but I was amazed at how clean a place it was for having so many people. I never ever found any garbage or anything on the trains..
Oh and yes, lots of Japanese schoolgirls to see. When I went, I went to see my girlfriend at the time, was over there with the exchange program. So after a hard day of wandering around Tokyo, I had my own schoolgirl to come back with. |

Yeah man its crazy how clean it is there. Bathrooms, subways, streets everything is extremely clean. Its because they respect their living environment enough to not trash it.
You stayed very close to me. We stayed up in Asakusa which is only one subway stop away on the Ueno line. I've got some more pictures loaded up that I'll post tommorow. |
