| That thing looks huge. I'm not sure if I could figure out how to fit it with my mobo and case. Just make sure that you can fit it with your mobo and case, otherwise you're going to be a sad panda when it doesn't fit. Heck, you might run into ventilation issues if you can fit it, but it's a really close fit. |

| Yea Dark, the case may be an issue. If all else fails, I may have to get a full size tower.......I could have gone that route in the 1st place, but Id rather I didnt have something that huge under my desk. But hey, if I need to swap to a bigger one, so be it. Time will tell......hopefully by Wednesday. |

Holy mother......k, a huge box came today. I knew from the shipping nfo it wasnt all coming in 1 box. So when I see this thing, and its weight, I figured its just the case. Nope. I gotta say, the BFG8800 weighs about 10 pounds, same for the motherboard. Geez. Sure getting denser as technology jams more stuff onto the boards.
regardless, everything came EXCEPT for the case, and the CPU. Supposedly they were in Phila this morning....so should have it all by tomorrow. Figures....one rare day I actually have to go to work.  |
