They can't use that name yet, someone also has copyrighted the name. And I hope this thing goes down the drain, Apple s*cks |

Apple doesn't suck, they've done some pretty good things. You're just mad because you don't have a use for one. |

Apple does s*ck. My friend and I did a test. He bought an ipod, did everything correctly. It broke in a month. Took it back got another, did the exact same safe thing following the instructions. Broke within a month. Took it back got another, tried it one more time, this one lasted 2 months. All the same type of ipod, all following their instructions. They lose thousands of dollars because they're too stupid to fix they're own products. And they're so easily breakable. If you sit on one of the smaller ones it will break. |

iPods suck, Apple as a whole doesn't. |

Then what's a good product of theirs? Mac's might be more "safe" but not everything is compatible with them and they're more centered around younger people. |

Not everything is compatible with everything. Seeing as how they don't crash as often, they're much more suited to graphical manipulation of any kind(still images, moving images, or computer generated images), and the new desktop of theirs(the one that's a monitor an inch or two thick with only about 3-4 inches on the bottom that isn't monitor) are pretty good. I've used them quite a bit in school. |

Alright so if these new Mac's do good, they still won't beat PC and Windows, so what else keeps Apple up and running? I think they s*ck and should just let Microsoft buy them out |

In a comparison to the Mac OS...Win Xp pro is incredibly stable. I've been using it for over 4 years on the same installation and I've had ONE lockup...yes ONE. I do everything from gaming to high end video editing/capture and DVD authoring. I've never had a problem. I could care less about Vista...I'm sticking with XP even when that comes out. I "may" switch over after Vista's been out a year or so.
I've done my research on mp3 players...and I'm getting my daughter a Sandisk Sansa E series player. Audio, video, pictures, voice recording, fm radio, e-book functionality and it serves as a plug-in drive...all for the same price of a Nano which doesn't do s**t but break constantly.
This new phone will do too many things...and not be "stellar" at any of em.
I have no idea what anyone sees in any Apple product. |

My friend recently got a Sansa, he likes it alot. I myself got a Zune and I really enjoy it. And thats amazing for your XP, mine had some monitor issues when we first got our new comp, nothing with the OS though. I personally wanna test Vista, although this comp cant handle it. I'll probably buy it when I graduate from high school though. |

wow, i must have had the best of luck. i had a 20 gig ipod (3rd gen.) for a year and a half, and it literally broke from use (harddrive started to skip) brought it it, they replaced the harddrive with a s**t harddrive (because they never use new parts on fixes) turned it in a few more times because bestbuy is gay, until my lemon policy kicked in. got a brand new 8 gig nano, and it's probably the best thing i've ever bought. 24 hours of batter life, no skipping, and for someone who uses it probably 3 hours a day like myself, it's excellent. they also made the headphone plug attach harder to the ipod, so it's REALLY hard to unplug it from it dropping. |

americanboy. you, me, and my middle bro are 3 of 7 people who got the zune. tat number 7 could just as well be 42, its just a joke at how little impact zune had on digital audio player sales
mac is better now that it uses the intel processors, you can install windows on it. |

iPods had an incredible run, but since the newest stuff costs so much, and the iPod is stable, it will stick around for a few more years.
the Zune looks pretty cool, once the Moble Internet gets advertised, it will start taking off. |
