Does anybody know how to use this? I want to make kz_wsp_marioland a civi only map but I have no idea how it works.

okay

ripent is a command line client, but it has its built in help

so, use the help and figure out how to extract an entity report

then find the info_tfdetect and change the relevant variable to -1:
For the Blue Team: maxammo_shells
For the Red Team: maxammo_nails
For the Yellow Team: maxammo_rockets
For the Green Team: maxammo_cells

then use ripent to put the new entity report into the .bsp

There is no info_tfdetect entity.

This is a cs map btw, but alot of servers have this on tfc as a civi map.

Edit: Nevermind, I figured out how to add the info_tfdetect entity and its now a civi map.
