Two things actually....
1) Not announcing our CTF team's weekly match and what time the server wouldn't be available.
2) Having to play both rounds on our server; occupying it for longer than expected. For the third week in a row, our opponents had no server of their own. For those not in the know...a match consists of two rounds; one on each teams server.
Additionally...last nights match went into overtime...a first for us. Overtime rounds are sudden death...first team to score wins. Thankfully, we scored rather quickly and won. So we tied up the server for quite a while last night.
I appreciate your understanding...and even more appreciate all those who watched the match and cheered us on on HLTV...I know they enjoyed it. It was a very well played, fair and fun match...right down to the final winning cap.
Our server has always been about a "community" sort of place to hang, play and converse with your friends. Watching one of our matches is quite the same experience believe it or not. You obviously can't play...and mics are useless in HLTV. However, those watching chat about the match and anything else on their minds. Make an effort one day to stop in and check out one of the matches...I'll bet you enjoy the action and the "community" experience it conveys.
Thanks again to our community for understanding and supporting our teams efforts...it IS greatly appreciated. |

I think I speak for everyone when I say, you've really done it this time, you blockhead.
Just kidding, it's not like matches take very long anyway. I personally think its worth having the server down, just so CFH's finest can show off our clan. Keep up the good work. |

No problem...I like it when you guys play both rounds on the server, so then its easy to find the HLTV for the matches. Last night's match was really entertaining to watch. It was like a good movie, with ups, downs, suspense, and an incredible ending! What a way to finish up CfH's 50th match! Congrats and great job to everyone who played last night. Watching a great game like that really makes me want to try 5v5. |
