Well...our current admin team is half on leave of absence and half busy with the STA team and life in general it seems. Not alot of us around lately. To that end...some new blood is being injected to bring things back up to speed. Please join me in welcoming the following new admins:

I'm perfectly well aware of what needs to be updated tks. I have been doing this for a while ya know. I simply hadn't done it yet...everything is properly updated now.
Age has nothing to do with who is or isn't considered for admin. I've found that giving someone responsibility typically lends to them being responsible. Not all the time...but usually. I'd feel comfortable in giving him a try...along with some others on the STA team including Fly. Both of them have been around here for the long haul...and have matured noticably since I first met them. None of the current STA team members were considered for the reason I mentioned in my first post...envolvement with the team takes up at least 3 evenings each week and I'm looking for people that will activly monitor the server...not spend half their time playing for the team.
Perhaps you should let me take care of site and forum updates and trust my judgement on who should or shouldn't be considered for admin. I think most know my opinion that the best admins are not seen or heard...they simply help when needed...quietly. |

ty chips, i'm glad u got trust/confidence in me and that really means alot. I'll do my best and help out as much as i can...Also I always figured either you make me one someday or ya weren't, thats how i looked at it. Now maybe i can avoid some slaps from Chaos lol.
Ps: Just hope now the server dont shut down in 2 weeks like fortweb did when Ric made me one lol |
