192.168.x.x is not an internet visible IP address.

that can tell you what your ip addy really is, you will need to setup port forwarding on your router..
forward port 27015 to 192.168.1.102
but that looks like a dynamic one set by your router. manually set it to something like 192.168.1.87, ask for help from a capable family member or extremely trustworthy tech friend. |

Post the IP that this site gives you...that's your external IP that will show in the server browser. Then folks will see your server and come play.  |

| that's because the server uses a port, and that's just your IP address. To connect to a server you have to know the port too. |
