Ok guys, I'm a huge Seahawks fan if you didn't know, and I want to see what all of you think. Take the poll, and then please BACKUP your opinion with a post. Let's not turn this into a fight, let's keep it nice and clean and mature!

since i did predict the winners from yesterday, i'll have to say Seattle (even though i dont care cause i'm a Dallas fan lol). But even though, i do pay alot of attention to football and baseball.

The key for seattle to win is they gotta get Alexander (RB) going early so that seattle can keep pittsburgh from blitzing them alot. If they get Alexander going, that should keep the pittsburgh DEF committed to the run, take pressure off Matt Hasslebeck (QB), and it'll give 1v1 matchups w/ the WRs and Hasslebeck can just pick them apart. Pittsburgh is a great blitzing team and if the OL and Hasslebeck can pick up and read their defensive schemes well, then the game will go to Seattle...but i think Alexander is gonna have to have a nice game running the ball for them to win.

The key for pittsburgh to win is simply they gotta run the ball effectively and control the clock. Their DEF has to put pressure on Hasslebeck like the way they did w/ Peyton Manning and Jake Plummer and make seattle's O make tough decisions. Also by controlling the clock it'll slow Alexander and Seattle's offense down.

My prediction: Seattle wins 23 to 20 over Pittburgh

I think Seattle will win it even though I like both teams. Seattle has a better record and a really good running back. Still I think I will be a close game my prediction 30-28 Seattle.

I hate football, it's become too mainstream lately. It's getting too popular for it's own good and it's anooying. I can't go anywhere without people bothering me about "hey! who do you think is gonna win today's game!?" Football in itself isn't what I hate, it's the fanbase that has grown out of proportions, it's no longer that sunday game you and your buddies can sit around with and enjoy a good game, now it's all about iniviting the whole damned neighborhood and having an orgy...

Bah, im done ranting.

I said I don't want this to turn into a fight. Please just post who you thinks going to win, and if you feel like commenting, comment nicely, and don't turn it into a word fight.

On the other note. I'm going with Seattle for a few simple reasons:
-I live in Seattle
-Always loved the Seahawks
-We got the MVP
-We got the best Offensive Line
-I'm tired of all these sports analysts saying we are overrated and a big joke. I got news for them, "big jokes" don't make it to the Superbowl, we did.
-I hate Skip Bayless he said we'd get crushed by the Panthers, we didn't now he's CONGRATULATING us and admitting he was wrong. He's just another bandwagon fan trying to jump on, I don't want him on the bandwagon

Skip Bayless is the worst sports "expert" ever. He's a complete moron who it's obvious has never played a sport in his life. Yet, somehow, the schmuck keeps making MAJOR money talking about sports. Mystifying.

Go Hurricanes for the Stanley Cup in 05-06!

as for football, I voted the seachickens because they're closer, and are basically like my home team. blech.
