Added to the main and skills server this evening:
4fortsniper // (Cornation & Chi recommended)
bayeux_beta3 // (and brand new .id map)
concmap_knk4 // (If this sux...blame Nirvana  )
machinations_r // (Aud recommended)
redgiant // (Aud recommended)
shortbus2 // (Howling wanted this one...he finally gets it)
shortbus3 // (these are two totally different maps...Howling will be happy)
skayoo_b3 // (Gill recommended this one)
slamfort // (the next map our team competes on)
thecove // (the LARGEST A/D map I've ever seen...I love this one)
troy2 // (replaces troy)
Troy has been removed from the server.
We now have 235 maps on the server...155 CTF / A/D and sniper maps & 80 skill maps (conc, rocketjump, pipejump, civi maps) |

you say i rememered it... but i forgot, map names dont stick inmy head sometimes except for nougat  |

You recommended the maps from www.trepid.net/maps ... that was one of them that looked pretty good.

I don't like it either...but many do. Of the 235 maps on the server...I probably HATE 20 or so. I put them on cause others like them...again, just trying to please the masses.

We played this for the first time last night...it was MUCH fun.
BTW...bayeux_beta3 is now bayeux_beta4 
In the process of replacing it now...great, more work for me.  |

Troy2 is exactly the same as troy, layoutwise.
Anyone who has played troy even once knows there is major problems regarding spawning at the wrong cap points. Troy2 fixed this.
I'm normally not a big fan of sniper maps, they get boring after 15 minutes, but 4fort was fun. Damn jarrett was ripping it up, leaving me in second. |
