I can't find that. I go to the control panel (I assume you're talking about the windows one, not router) and I don't see anything that says Administrative Tools. The OS is Windows XP Media Center if that helps at all.
Edit: I found it, I had to go into Performance and Maitenence to find it, turned that option off. |

Anything else I have to do after that? Turning that off hasn't stopped the problem. |
