Duke Nukem Forever's engine has been re-written from scratch over 10 times now, in the like 11 years it's been in development, or however long.
I bet in the end it'll go on the Build engine that Duke Nukem 3D went on |

Duke Nukem 3D
used to play in after school thru LAN at our school, always lots of fun..
We used to hide in the school, wait til janitor went home, jimmy the door, and play til midnight.. lolz
this was like 6-7th grade.. pwn |

Well. I'm hooked on DoD:S, when I'm not playing TFC, WoW, or SWG.
I also like Tribes: Vengeance and UT2004. I'm currently waiting for Quake 4 and UT2007, so I can watch as my video card struggles to get that 4th frame per second.

when tribes first came out I loved that game was so awesome I knew how to do everything... I recently tried it and wow I cant do anything lol. tfc is my most skilled fps lol (shows you how much I suck at everything else  )but other than that cs:s, cs, tribes still a cool game yo,dod pwns and then yeah other than that im not sure  |

Another good FPS game is Enclave. Actually it's a Third Person hack and slash with bows and arrows, with a First Person camera view. Those who enjoy playing spy on TFC (knifing peeps) would love it. I've played Enclave on XboX and I just DL the free PC demo of it. I like the PC version more (you can't aim well w/o a mouse). I think Enclave is a MUST TRY game. http://www.enclavegame.com/
Only problem with it is that it is published Vivendi, the company that postponed HL2 by way of legal battles with Valve, and I for one was in on the Vivendi boycott by buying HL2 over steam. |
