Swearing over the mic and using a HLSS sound clip that says "Shut the F*** Up!". We (me, falcon, and duK) asked him to refrain from that type of language. His response was "So ban me, I don't give a s**t. I put in a written warning for the logs. He told me that he preferred verbal ones.  |

yup we asked em numerous times as nuck said...and as he left he said something like..gg fags or something along those lines...its in the logs  |

When he came on the map his name was "Cold" then he changed it to "jaise" Then i remember him sayin "so why don't you guys just ban me already," after we warned him that he's not allowed to say F*** on the server. But he did it anyway and then when he left he said "cya fags" (i think).
He was a good player on the map and stuff, but i know ya cant use that language on the server. I was only gonna PM you Chips and see what ya wanted to do, but Nuck made a post so that's that. |

| Yes, that guy was a problem, when I think Gill or someone else was playing their HLSS sounds, he played that STFU sound, I was like... huh? |

Thats because you're still kinda new round here. We've been over this one before. 
There's definitely a difference between a stranger coming in and using sounds like that and cursing etc over the mic- and regulars using the wavs once in awhile for some fun. The guy doing it over the mic is naturally gonna usually be taken more seriously and create a more unfriendly environment whereas the wav is just some silly fun thats there to be used ocasionally. |

He was banned more for his verbal abuse of those on our server. I've heard the occasional HLSS file that's over the edge. Tell em not to use it and they'd better not.
Yeah...what Psycho_Chick said. That .wav is famous in the gaming world and has been on our server for over a year with only a few comments about it.
It doesn't at all surprise me that Kidani would criticise this action. |

BTW...that was me playing HLSS sounds (HLSS sucks..I use Winamp and scripts) and yes...everytime I played a sound he did that STFU thing with his but kept doing it...I wasnt spamming any sounds and everyone else there was having a good time with what I was serving up so I have no idea what his problem was... |
