-[CfH]-Miles should be banned from the server on the grounds hacking through the use of using Perfect Player 2. He was caught by the STA and will most likely be banned thereof.

Congratulations to those caught by the latest logging hack. These
people prove, once again, that some people just don't care one whit for
anyone else's fun except their own, and that e-status is so important to
them that they will do anything to gain/maintain it.
The following two lists contain everyone who was recorded as using the
logging cheat since it went live.
People on List A have been identified as using the cheat in a match
server, or during match time. These people are automatically placed on the
STA banlist.
People on List B have been identified as using the cheat, but not in a
match server. People on this list are automatically suspended from STA
Match play until August 31st. At any point before midnight of August
31st, they may send an email to: Bomber, L0ki, Wingnut, and Bookrat
(balancingacts@qwest.net, gfreeman14094@yahoo.com,
wingnut@dedicatedpain.com, bookrat@sta-league.org) explaining why they
feel that they should not be permanently banned from the league. Such an
email must be very detailed, must explain how no league rules were
broken, and should contain links to any evidence needed to bolster their
case. No extensions will be given, and no letters will be accepted beyond
midnight PST of August 31st. |

According to the .XLS spreadsheet, he toggled it 5 times on your very own server during his very first session, then more 353 times on the GIRLPOWER3 Tech sever on one occasion, 195 on another, 33 times on a third server, 204 more times on GIRLPOWER3, 198 more toggles on the CfH server again, and 473 toggles on a session soon after.

Also we don't need better admins, we are mainly here to take care of spammers, annoying people and the like. None of us have actually been trained to detect hacks, I'll never ban anyone for hacking because I can't tell who does it to be honest. |

Perhaps CfH needs better non-admins that don't constantly criticize what goes on here...I'm really getting tired of it.
At least half of the current admins would be capable of picking out something like this...assuming they were in spec constantly. And I don't expect them to be. What Jarrett posted about what I expect from them is pretty much it. There is no "training" for this type of thing...you learn to detect these things by seeing them in action. Speed hacks are the most obvious; almost hilarious to a point. Those that use these have every intention of being caught. Other hacks are more difficult to pick out...no one is a "pro" at this. It just comes from experience.
We have this portion of the forums for ANYONE to report suspected cheating or abuse on the server. Our entire community is expected to watch out for what goes on on our server. It works well.
That said...
I've known Miles for almost 2 years...I'm the one who brought him here. He is extremely talented, hacks or not. He has taught me so much about this game, probably more than anyone else. He has personally pointed out more hackers to me and taught me how to detect them...than anyone else I know who plays this game. I don't think I can express how saddened and disappointed I am to see his name here. He's been a good friend to me...we've chatted on MSN numerous times and I've always defended accusations against him that he might be involved with such things.
I checked the server logs for the times and dates recorded...they unfortunately matched perfectly. 129 of the 131 steam ID's will be added to our ban files today. We already had two of them...including our pal Muchez. We are a community known for giving a second chance...even Muchez and Blade were given that opportunity, which they both promptly blew. Perhaps there's an explanation or an apology that would be acceptable...although, it would have to be a really good one. I would like to hear what he has to say. |

Apology accepted Kidani. 
Muchez and another player were already in our ban files. All other ID's, including Miles...have been added. The server will have to be restarted for these to take effect. I would still be willing to listen to an acceptable apology or explanation from him regarding this. Without that, the ban is permanent. |
