The initial set up takes roughly five minutes...seriously.
Editing stuff to have the menus the way YOU would like...would take about 15-20 minutes. What typically takes so long is deciding what you want shortcuts to on these menus. My start menu is three full columns using the smallest icons. If I had most of that stuff on my desktop menus...I wouldn't be able to see my desktop. 
Really...deciding what you want to show and in what order does take some time and thought. Actually creating the links takes minutes.  |

yeah, But the initial value for the registry that was provided wasnt working for me, so I was scouring over the thread looking for my answer  . after that it was a breeze |
