Yeah, one of my buds at school has these uber magnets. Another big concern with them is to not let them snap together, cuz that makes them shatter. |

yea, the neodymium magnets are so strong that when they snap together they can shatter.
macbook(and pro) laptops are full of them.
macbooks have a pair of magnets at both top corners and one on the left middle edge(for the lid close / sleep switch, the "sleep magnet"). the sleep magnets are the ones that get cracked the most and theres not many of them in inventory. its a bugger.
glad im working macbook pros this week(magnets in them are secured and harder to break). |
