I put all my scripts into my config.cfg fill and the class.cfg and when i play they work but when i exit and go in again they are gone, so basically i have to reput in my scripts everytime i play. Does anyone know whats the problem/ any recommendations?

make sure they are marked 'read only'... or they get written over. to do that just right click on the file, go to properties, and from there select read only.
also they should be in your userconfig.cfg and soldier.cfg or w/e.

for your class.cfgs.
and yeah dont put configs in config.cfg, universal ones in userconfig.cfg or autoexec.cfg whatever, and class specific in your class.cfgs obviously.

thanx, but i don't have a userconfig.cfg file i have the autoexec.cfg file though.

Userconfig.cfg is not there by default...just create it in notepad. Make sure you save it as "all files"...not a "text file", or it won't be recognised as a ".cfg" file.

setinfo "ec" "1" ... goes in your autoexec.cfg. and will load your class configs automatically when you select them. Just explaining where the file goes that tiger mentioned ... and what it does.

Settings that will be used for all classes...go in your userconfig.cfg file. Class specific settings go in class specific configs...as stated previously.
