| can someone post these times, im intrested in both, and im on the sta roster, just i have trouble getttingthere often, now that school is out i should be good. |

Ummm...you're no longer on the STA roster. You were dropped several weeks ago cause we never saw you at practice and you never contacted me to let me know what was going on.
I'll gladly add you back ... if you're serious about making practices and matches.
Practice is on Thursday and Sunday @ 9:30 pm eastern time.
Matches are on Tuesdays @ 9:30 pm eastern time.
Contact Chance! regarding the ADL squad...that's his baby.  |

adl matches are at 9:00pm EST always...but we try to warm-up or get a quick prac in around 8:00pm EST, if not then we should from now on  |
