If you used the sparkies server-side plugin, which disables that and other exploits, you will never have that problem. |

This thread and it's contents are different in my opinion in that this was reported by a longtime member who runs his own server and was decended on by a "group" whose sole intention was to disrupt play and possibly effect the servers performance to the point of crashing.
Some additional checking led me to believe the accusations were more than likely the case. FlameX stops in every now and then...I'm sure he'll come up with something for me.
These player, like any others, are free to come here and state their case. If we prove to be wrong, they'll be unbanned. That's happened to many here also. I like to believe we're fair to everyone. Protecting the many hundreds of players that come here each week by banning a group of potential trouble makers is worth the risk in my opinion if I even somewhat trust the source.
I've unbanned many players here...ask anyone. Some will say I'm too lenient. When a bad decision has been made...I have no problem making it right. |
