*nods with agreement* it takes all the fun out of my suicide runs on monkey where i conc in, infect the hw/snipers and die. that's why they have medics for both teams  |

You mean if i go around and only try infecting people? Sure. If my goal is to infect people, i don't want them getting an antidote. If a medic wants to devote his time to infecting me, i say let them go for it. I'll happily suicide, switch teams, heal, or find a medic. Its a part of the game. If my infecting them is that much of a problem, one of them go medic! On many maps medics get extra points for healing their teamates of infection - good for you! I mean... would you want engi's dropping a remote which detonates his SG? |

The only admin tool used on our servers (main & skills) is AdminMod. I do not, and never have used AMX Mod or AMX ModX (they are different).
Now...Adminmod plug-ins DO have an extension of .amx...ie "plugin_hook.amx". An Adminmod plug-in comes in the forum of a text file that may be edited...then compiled...ie pluging_hook.sma. Once it is compiled...it takes on the .amx extension.
IF this plug-in is for AMX mod or AMX ModX...it would not be compatible with our server. Only AdminMod plug-ins are usable. |

SO you would not use AMX chips, even if the votes wanted the antidote? I thought the mapvote thing WAS and AMX mod thing. I have it on my lan server, and I use admin mod for admin stuff and AMX for mapvote and fun stuff like the antidote. You mapvote looks just like mine, and mine is AMX.
I know you would have to add AMX and it's VexD plugin to use or to make the medic anticote compatable.
It came as a text file, I had to compile it but with the amx comipler.
There are enough peeps saying you have too many mods on the server, I guess adding AMX would just complicate the situation. Oh well, it was just a thought. |
