lol, well i have a
3.0 ghz
1gb
256mb radeon 9250
on my rig.
now how do i get 100+ fps on "Developer 1" "fps_max 9999" in console while inside respawn and once i get outside i get 20-40 FREAKIN fps. Wait For Vsync is off on both Direct 3d and Opengl settings on the ATi Card. i get better fps with my Nivida 64mb. WTF? any suggestions.
this is like my 34242 fps thread w.e        |

For OpenGL...I use the recommended settings for "balance". Give that a try instead of using customs settings. I'm not definitely saying that will work for you...it's just what I use with no problems.

| well i did when i had my Nvidia 400/400 it was good. when i bought this card its like not good |

you need a swift kick in the nuts.
i use both nvidia and ati on different comps and the only difference worth mentioning is nvidia doesnt have a built-in tv tuner like the ati all-in-wonder. |

i dont see ati making real good bangs for the buck or other companies reducing their warrenties. And please dont say im a fanboy of nvidia like howling im not i love ati but what they've done recently..
Updated video card drivers? Make sure aa and af are off and truform set to always off. If still nothing then set it to best performance (quality will be oh wait no quality on that level but just try)
Could also be a power supply issue (yes crap psus DO cause low performance and stability issues)
Why the hell do you have a 9250 with that rig... if thats a pci mobo then uhh? |

wow due make sure youre running in openGL :/
another thing that might cause you problems is if you have some crazy technical PC background and your running TFC in a window so your card has to render both the game and your crazy background
doubt thats it though. |
