Except many of the admins don't like turning off the bots, as i've heard per a request of chips. Using that argument is to imply hope when you shouldn't. I don't understand why its wrong to allow the public to vote on whether they want the bots around. I'm not saying expect an admin to use admin_nobots, i'm suggesting more admins to let the majority decide via admin_vote_nobots.
Might as well ditch this thread anyways, bots have been debated since this server began and nothing has changed. |

| The reason non-admins can't start no bot votes is because it would give them access to start map votes also. This use to be enabled I think and we ended up playing the same maps over an over and it just got abused. |

Don't know where you got that from...each admin is free to help on the server in any way they see fit. I have no rules whatsoever as to whether they turn them off or not. When I was on last night...they were turned off for just about every map we played...about 4 hours worth.
I'm still working on a way to have a bot vote...along with a working map voting system that will work the way I hope it will. It's perfectly alright to debate and discuss our playing environment...I have no problem listening and doing my best to make everyone happy. |

Haha, I know...
I would totally abuse my power as an admin. Plus, I really wouldnt want it. Too many people IM'ing me... plus, I love to stay invisible on AIM.  |
