What would you say would be the minimum requiremnts for a pc to run HL2 with no lag and on good gfx settings.

| actually, im running it with some lag with a 2.19GHz CPU, but it's an AMD so it might be faster. |

I'm running a 2.53 ghs with like 786mb of memory and a 128mb pci (rofl) video Card, seems to run fine I play hl2 cs:s Garys mod and all that fun stuff just fine. (BTW my cpu is a celeron so its actually like a 1 ghz  ) |

I looked at some benchmark tests and a AMD3800+ (which runs at about 2.7 GhZ) performed BETTER in game benchmarks than a 3.# GhZ Intel. |

I got a
3.10 ghz
1 gb Ram
200 GB Hard Drive
crappy 128 mb videocard
and played HL2 with some lag. Is it posiblly cuz I have a crappy intergrated gfx card, so im saving up to get a new one a real good one . |

It is because you have crappy integrated gfx.
Get a goood card, and hl2 will flllyyy |
