Well, I'm not moving to OK, but insted back to KY. To much going on, and after 5 years of living alone far away I just can't handle a big family. I though moving back would make it easier on the family which it will, except for one person: my brother.
He's 22 Im 25 and I guess I just extended this visit a little too much. I know he will get over it and be okay, but how do I follow my dreams w/o pissing him off? It's a catch22 situation. Damned if I do damned if I don't.
But I have to follow my own path and he has to follow his. It may be hard on him but I think my going "home" to KY is the best thing to do. He needs to learn how to get by on his own at some point.
I do believe if I had kept this visit to 2-4 weeks and left it would have been easier on him. But HE asked my to stay longer. So I did.
I did promise my step-mom that I would visit in OK and attempt family life again. This area here in NH has nothing and it may be eisier down there. I do have loose ends in KY and most my stuff is there. SO I would be going back anyways.
Well, wish me luck and continue praying for my family that everything workds out well. |
