| some guy i had never seen before... -[CfH]- PsychoMaster i think it was, was claiming to be an admin. i've never seen him on the server... so i was just wondering if he's a new member. he was obviously not an admin(i double checked with admin_who). i don't think this is a reason to ban in any sense... i just was wondering if anyone knew this guy. |

Unless you can tell me what time, what map etc...it's hard for me to tell. Wasted almost a whole hour looking for that name or anyone talking about being an admin...found nothing.
Plz be more descriptive if you really want me to look into it...tks. |

| with the tag checker he had to at least have been a CfH member right? maybe he was just lying about being an admin? |

Again, I don't want to waste my time looking through the logs for stuff like this unless you can nail down a time, a map...and geeeeez...open your console, type "status" and get me the players STEAM ID.

Yeah i was there and didnt get the steam id  I'm not to worried though.. he seemed pretty harmless.. the tag was was legit so it was someone in CfH. He didnt seem to be trying anything just being an @$$... If anyone sees this again get the ID but i dont think he'll be a prob. |

it was on 2fort cuz he was trying to do elmo.wav and since it's only admin he busted himself out it didnt work. I was on so it was anytime between 12 and 3 am
and as far as a legit tag please anyone can make the cfh tag to their name |

No they can't...
I run a plug in that checks the "exact" tag we use and only those whose steam id is in a file I maintain can wear it. If someone tries, their name is immediately changed to "IMPOSTER". I've seen several of those last week in the logs...wannabee's... |

He was claiming to be an admin...and threatened to start kicking people. He won't kick anyone here any more...perm banned.
...ps...I'm embarassed to say the tag does look good. I'm sure you all know there's occasions where things don't work quite right on this server. This is the first time I've seen this plug-in fail. Bungee came on with a new steam id the other day...and it changed his name to IMPOSTER till I added his new one to the file.
Another reason we all need to look out for each other to keep dicks like this away...nice catch Travis... |
